Fanuc Support - Common Information

At times it may be necessary to get help from Fanuc.  Their support is free, assuming that you are the purchaser of the robot, or that you've had the software on the robot re-licensed.  If you have not relicensed your robot (and it was second hand), you will not be entitled to support from them, and will need to relicense your robot.
