TotalETO - Agent - Installation

TotalETO Requires the following:

Microsoft Access Runtime 2010

Microsoft Access Runtime 2010 SP2 Installer

.Net Framework 

TotalETO Installer (TotalETO packages their updates in .TETO format, so use one with an .exe for initial install.  It will be updated on first sign-in)

Installation Steps:

1. Install Microsoft Access Runtime 2010 - Ideally do this before installing MS Office as there can be conflicts with "click-to-run" installations of office.

2. Install Microsoft Access Runtime 2010 SP2.

3. Install .net Framework from the Windows Add/Remove Features selection.  Select 2.0/3.5

4.  Run the TotalETO installer.

First sign in:

Utilize the provided username/password.  

Then type in the server's FQDN followed by /TOTALETO.  For example, erp.corp.contoso.com/TOTALETO

Then select the ellipses to the right of the database.  If the path is correct, it will ask which database to connnect to.  Make sure to select the one you want to work within.
